Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in our affiliate program. By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: To participate in our affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years of age, and have agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

2. Program Description: Our affiliate program rewards participants for recommending our products to others. When a referral is made, and a purchase is made using the provided referral link, you will receive a predetermined commission based on the price of the sale of product not including taxes, postage, packaging or shipping costs.

3. Commissions: Commission are paid in store credit and can be redeemed for products sold by Xtralife. Rates will be determined by the company and subject to change at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email.

4. Payouts: Store credit can in special circumstances at the discretion of Xtralife be paid out as money to an affiliate once per month via PayPal or bank transfer. Participants must have earned at least $50 in commissions to be eligible for payment.

5. Prohibited Conduct: Affiliate program participants are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical conduct while promoting our products. Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of your participation in the program.

6. Therapeutic Claims: Affiliate program participants are prohibited from making therapeutic claims regarding xtralife products, in accordance with relevant legislation in New Zealand or in any territories where products are marketed.

7. Termination: Xtralife reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

8. Modification: These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly check for updates to the terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes relating to the affiliate program shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand, or through private arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.
